Can you kindly advice me on the below issue.
Hi,
Please help with the below query,
My wife has another son in her previous marriage. But i dont intend to take him with us for the time being as neither she or me has the legal custodian ship. His father also has no custodianship . The kid stays with my wife.
What is required be done in visa application so that he can join us in Australia in future , may be after he turns major.
The step child was not mentioned in the EOI. Will it be a problem if I included him as a non migrating family member, if that is the way forward?
