Yes. If you have not received or lost your certificate, please complete the request form for replacement of lost certificate. A payment of $80 is required and it will take a minimum of 20 working days for ACWA to process your request once all final documentation has been received.
Yes it is. For example, if you need a copy of your fieldwork placement letter complete the Request for copy of skills assessment application form and upload a certified copy of your skills assessment outcome certificate. A payment of $100 is required and it will take a minimum of 20 working days for ACWA to process your request once all final documentation has been received.
Just complete the Request for replacement of expired certificate form if you have previously been issued with a suitable skills assessment outcome by ACWA (formally AIWCW) that has now expired. You will need to attach a certified copy of your expired skills assessment certificate. There is an $80.00 fee that applies and it may take upto a minimum of 20 working days to process your request.

If you received a skills assessment certificate from ACWA after 1 July 2012 and your certificate shows 'ASCO 2512–11 — SUITABLE' or your certificate shows 'ASCO 2512–11 — SUITABLE' and 'ANZSCO 272613 — NOT SUITABLE' beside 'occupation', and you would like an ANZSCO Suitable certificate, please complete the Request for replacement of expired certificate form and attached a certified copy of your outdated certificate. There is no fee applied on this occasion.
n acknowledgement letter (containing your file reference number) will be posted to you within 5-7 working days from when we receive your completed application. The standard turnaround time for generation of a skills assessment certificate is a minimum of 8-10 weeks for complete applications received by ACWA. We understand that you may have a need to obtain the certificate urgently due to visa issues. While we may be able to process your request on a priority basis there is no guarantee that the turnaround time will be less than 20 working days. Please wait until we have received your application prior to submitting your request. In order to process your urgent request we will need you send us a certified copy of your visa along with a written request providing the following details: • Full name • DOB • Reason for urgency • Date application sent to ACWA
Yes. If you want someone such as a family member or other agent to deal with ACWA on your behalf, you will need to attach a letter signed by you authorising this person (by name) to act as your agent. Regardless of whether or not an agent is appointed, the address used for correspondence will be that as nominated by you on the application form.

There is no charge for this.
Please note that to gain a migration points test advice suitable outcome, the work experience should be relevant and also at the skill level equivalent to a minimum tertiary qualification. Certain jobs like personal care work may not be suitable as they may not require a tertiary qualified worker and may only require the worker to perform activities like recreational support, cooking, bathing, washing etc. However, we can only determine that a certain work experience is relevant only after we assess it as per our guidelines
