The Skills Priority List (SPL) provides a detailed view of occupations that are in short supply nationally, by state and territory, as well as occupations that will be in demand in Australia in the future. The list is a centralized source of information regarding scarce occupations. This Key Findings Report provides an overview of the results of the 2022 SPL, with an emphasis on the themes that emerged during its production.
