This visa is for skilled workers outside Australia, or inside to work in Australia for one year to 4 years. Australian employers can sponsor for maximum 4 years on MLTSSL OR 2 years on STSOL List. Skilled workers cannot lodge an application for this visa without employer sponsorship.

Regional Employer Sponsorship 494
494 visa is five years can able to live and work in regional areas where you need Regional Australian Employer need to sponsor you
- This is a provisional visa with the condition that the holder must work for three years with the same regional employer.
- After the visa is granted, the skilled worker needs to live and work in a regional area for at least five years.
- VISA Applicant need to have a minimum of 3 years experience in their nominated occupation, skills assessed positive, and have Competent English in order to apply for 494 visa
- The regional employer has to pay a minimum AU$53900.00 salary.
- Skilled workers can live and work in Australia with the same sponsoring employer for at least 3 years in order to apply for subclass 191
- Skilled workers can include or exclude family members during the processing of the application.
- Family members can be onshore or offshore while the visa application is being lodged.
