On 14 October 2024, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) will be replaced by the new Administrative Review Tribunal. All current AAT cases will automatically transfer to the new Tribunal, requiring no action from applicants.
Until the transition, individuals should continue using the AAT website for applications. Cases not resolved by the transition date will automatically move to the new Tribunal, and applicants will receive ongoing updates.
The AAT will remain operational until the new Tribunal launches, and decisions made by the AAT prior to the change will still be valid. Job vacancies for the new Tribunal will be advertised on the APSJobs website.
