Australia and India are further fortifying their diplomatic relations through the declaration that applications will be accepted for the new Mobility Arrangement for Talented Early-professionals Scheme, or MATES, beginning in late 2024.
MATES will provide early career professionals and university graduates from India with the opportunity to reside and work in Australia for a maximum of two years, during which time they will acquire valuable work experience and expertise in their respective fields.
