Home Affairs has confirmed that certifications issued before or after August 9, 2022, are valid for three years and five years, respectively.
The validity term noted on the certificate issued by NAATI is relevant for the purposes of awarding points for accredited community language credentials. The validity period for certificates issued prior to August 9, 2022, will not be extended.
