Citizenship application fees are increasing to more accurately reflect the cost of application processing, according to the Department of Home Affairs. New citizenship application fees will be implemented on July 1, 2021, for all Australian citizenship applications, and certificates for citizenship by descent and adoption will be issued to approved applicants.
