State of New South Wales participates in the 190 visa program in order to boost its economy and communities through the settlement of highly skilled migrants who are committed to staying and working in NSW for an extended period of time.
A person who provides NSW with false or misleading information in support of his or her claims against our nomination requirements will be prosecuted.
Any instances of fraudulent conduct will be reported to the Commonwealth Department of Home Affairs and/or the NSW Police, and they may result in the withdrawal of any nominations and/or the cancellation of any visa applications.
