The new Australian skilled migration regulation is “excellent news” for visa applicants
The Department of Home Affairs will now accept a valid skills assessment for the nominated occupation of a skilled migration applicant acquired within the invitation period of 60 days.
Applicants will be entitled to apply for visas under the general skilled migration category if they are able to get a skill assessment of their specified occupation within 60 days of receiving an invitation to apply for a visa
