South Australia has opened its Skills Migration programme for the 2022–2023 fincal year and will begin accepting nomination applications for 190 and 491 visas.
South Australia has been awarded 2,700 spots for the 190 visa and 3,180 places for the 491 visa for the current fiscal year.
South Australia’s state nomination criteria is, as always, the most convoluted and difficult to navigate. However, it is also considered an open and generous skilled migration programme in Australia when South Australia opens its doors to non-resident applicants as well as international applicants.
