Your hours will be updated in the online portal twice during your participation in the JRP. The first update is when you meet the eligibility criteria for JRWA, the second update occurs when TRA determines you meet the eligibility criteria for JRFA. The updated hours will be reflected as 863 hours and 1725 hours, which may not correspond to the exact number of hours you have completed. Rather, these numbers indicate that you have fulfilled the requirements necessary to progress to the next step.
If you have claimed prior employment, the approved work hours will be added to the Total Approved Hours table if your employment arrangements are approved by TRA.
In the meantime, you should continue to focus on developing your skills in the workplace and keeping copies of your pay evidence so you can complete the program in a timely way. Your progress through the program will not be affected by any delays.
