More parent and skilled visas are forthcoming: Here are the immigration-related amendments to the federal budget.In the federal budget for 2022, the Department of Home Affairs will receive an additional $576 million over four years, and more skilled visas will be made available. As part of the federal budget, the Albanese government will nearly double the number of parent visas and significantly increase the number of skilled visas available.
