From 13 November 2021, a S48 Bar waiver is available for skilled visa applicants for subclasses: sc190, sc491 and sc494. This means that Section 48 bar applicants can apply for sc190, sc491 and sc494 visas Onshore from the above date. https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/F2021L01483
