Candidates are requested to submit all required documentation at the time of application submission.
We have modified our timelines for incompletely-documented applications. If any required information or papers are missing from your application, you will have 15 days to supply them. If the required documents are not submitted within the allotted period, a final notification will be issued granting seven extra days before the application is closed without further contact.
After submitting all essential documents and information, you can request that an application be reopened. A $150 administrative fee will be charged to reactivate a closed application.
In order to minimise delays in the processing of your application, it is imperative that you submit the whole set of required documents when you apply.
